BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to a plant breeding cabinet with a cabinet body, at least one cabinet door and arranged in the cabinet body lighting.
Such a plant-breeding cabinet is used in particular for laboratories and research institutes to raise plants controlled therein. The plant nursery usually has lighting and ventilation and possibly irrigation for the plants housed therein. The plant nursery is usually a closed room that can be opened by means of a door. The lighting in the enclosed space serves to provide the plants therein with adequate light. Ventilation is intended to further aerate the plants in the plant nursery. In this case, the ventilation is usually sucked from outside of the plant-breeding cabinet in this from the ventilation. This air is then transported through the plant breeding cabinet and then transported outside again. In addition to the air and the light, the plants in the plant breeding cabinet also need water. This water is fed controlled by irrigation to the plants.
DE 10 2007 033 923 A1 a plant breeding cabinet with a housing cabinet body and two cabinet doors is known, which is executed airtight closed and is operated at constant suppression only with metered supply air and with a turbulence-free air flow at opening. Furthermore, the safe disposal of plant residues is ensured by the fact that a rearing soil is introduced into a foil pan.

The invention has for its object to produce a plant nursery that is as easy as possible to use or user-friendly.
INVENTION SOLUTION
This object is achieved with a plant breeding cabinet with a cabinet body and at least one cabinet door and arranged in the cabinet body lighting in which in the cabinet body between the lighting and the at least one cabinet door, a light aperture is arranged.
In a conventional plant breeding cabinet, there may be occurrences that when the plant growing cabinet is opened, a user of this plant breeding cabinet is dazzled. In a plant breeding cabinet according to the invention, however, a light aperture is mounted between the lighting and the at least one cabinet door. By means of this light aperture, when the cabinet door is opened, the light emitted by the illumination is shielded. Even in the open state, the user's eyes are then shielded from the light rays of the illumination. Such a plant breeding cabinet is, according to the invention, particularly advantageous for those users who often open the plant breeding cabinet for the assessment of plants therein. Preferably, the light aperture is disposed in an upper portion of the cabinet body. The arrangement of the light aperture in the upper section in addition to reduced glare of the user also makes it possible to cover components or lines which are arranged in this area. The plant cultivation cabinet thus also receives a more valuable, professional appearance.
According to the invention, the light aperture is preferably designed with a partially translucent material. Such a light aperture partially retains light, but also partially lets it through. A user can then better recognize whether the illumination behind the light aperture is lit or not. In particular, the light aperture is designed with a reflective material. This reflective material is particularly preferably located on the side of the light aperture facing the plants. The reflective material reflects the incident light back to a reflection angle, depending on the angle of incidence.
The radiated from the lighting to the light aperture light can be very specifically reflected back into the cabinet body. It is then so a dazzling of the user prevented and additionally is the plants in the plant breeding cabinet additional light for their growth available.
Preferably, a fan arranged there is also mounted vertically adjustable in the cabinet body by means of a holder. The fan generates an air flow that ensures that the air supplied to the cabinet body is evenly distributed or circulated there. The fact that the fan is height adjustable by means of a holder, the air flow can be adjusted depending on the nature of the plants. With the height adjustment of the fan of this type, the air flow can be adapted in particular to different growth stages of the plants and the different size of these plants. The plants within the cabinet body can thus be supplied in particular uniformly and continuously with new oxygen and nitrogen from the air. This promotes uniform, efficient plant growth.
Advantageously, the holder is designed with a plurality of latching steps for local engagement of the fan. The locking steps in the holder allow a gradual adjustment of the fan. Thus, by simply marking or counting the latching steps, the fan can be placed in predefined locations in a simple manner, and this placement can then be documented in a comprehensible manner. Especially for laboratories or research institutes such reproducibility and documentation of growth parameters of the plants is of importance.
Particularly preferred in the plant cultivation cabinet according to the invention between the cabinet body and the at least one cabinet door, a clamp protection is arranged. Such a clamp protection prevents objects such as a cable, a part of a plant or even a finger of the user between the cabinet body and the associated cabinet door can pinch. In particular, when several users work on the plant breeding cabinet according to the invention, this can prevent injuries to the plants or even among the users. The pinch protection thus reduces the risk of injury to the user as well as damage to the plants or the plant cultivation.
Preferably, the terminal protection is designed with a extending from the cabinet body to at least one cabinet door, elastic surface element. If something is elastic or has elasticity, it has the property of forcing, such as opening the cabinet door, to change its shape and subsequently to return to its original shape upon release of the force, such as closing the cabinet door. With this type of clamp protection, the user of the plant breeding cabinet no longer has to pay attention to whether plant parts or the like between the cabinet body and the cabinet door, in particular in a hinge region of the cabinet door, are located when closing. The surface element of this type, which is preferred according to the invention, preferably covers almost completely a gap caused by the opening between the cabinet door and the cabinet body. The clamp protection then works across the entire height of the cabinet door.
In accordance with the invention, at least one pull-out drawer for receiving at least one plant pot is further arranged in the cabinet body of the plant cultivation cabinet according to the invention. The pull-out drawer can be pulled out of the cabinet body by the user of the plant breeding cabinet together with a plant pot located thereon or therein. It is thus possible for the user to inspect and process the plants in the plant pots from above, without having to reach into the cabinet body. Especially at laboratories or research institutes it is important that the plants can be examined from almost all sides.
Particularly preferred is the pull-out drawer designed with a fluid-tight sump. In this fluid-tight sump a fluid can be collected and in particular also retained. As a fluid in plant-growing cabinets usually water, water with additives, such as fertilizers or nutrient solutions used to supply the plants. Fluid not taken up by the plants is then collected from the sump. The fluid in the sump can also be reused and returned to the plants.
Advantageously, a drawer, in particular for receiving at least one plant pot, is further arranged on the at least one cabinet door. The drawer can be used to store items, such as tools. By means of the loading, instruments belonging to the respective plant breeding cabinet can thus also be assigned. Furthermore, at least one plant pot may be stored there, in particular in addition to the drawer. With the drawer also plants in the plant nursery can be arranged differently. For example, young plants can be separated from older plants there. It is particularly advantageous that the young plants are already kept in the same growth environment as the older plants.
Furthermore, in a preferred manner, the at least one cabinet door with a disc, in particular a glass pane is formed. The disc makes it possible that the plant breeding cabinet can be viewed from the outside. So it is possible to monitor the growth of the plants without having to open the plant-growing cabinet. In addition, the plant breeding cabinet can be placed with its disc in the cabinet door so that sunlight falls into the cabinet from the outside. Sun can then be waived if necessary in the sunshine on a lighting and energy saved. Especially in low-light or low-light days can be changed between a lit and unlit operation.

The cabinet body 12 has a height 16, a width 18 and a depth 20.
The Schanktüre 14 is pivotally mounted by means of a hinge 22 on the cabinet body 12. The hinge 22 is designed so that with a rotational movement about the hinge 22 a complete opening of the cabinet door 14 is possible. In particular, two hinges 22 are provided above each other in the present case. Alternatively hinges 22 can also be provided on the left and right hinges 22, of which hinges 22 are then activated only on one side, so that depending on the desired opening direction of the cabinet door 14, this cabinet door 14 is connected to the cabinet body 12.
On the cabinet door 14 the hinges 22 opposite a handle 24 is provided. Within the cabinet body 12, a fan 38 is arranged, which is fixed to a holder 40. The holder 40 is fixedly connected to the cabinet body and extends over almost the entire height 16 of the cabinet body 12th
Particularly preferably, three brackets 40 are arranged on the three inner sides of the cabinet body 12. The respective holder 40 has latching steps 42. By means of the latching steps 42, the fan 38 is adjustable in its position along the holder 40 in stages. The fan 38 is thus to be arranged within the cabinet body 12 so that the fan 38 generates the respectively desired air flow in the plant breeding cabinet 10.
Subdividing the plant cultivation cabinet 10 in its height 16, a rectangular tub-shaped drawer 44 is coupled by means of two extracts 46 to the cabinet body 12. The extracts 46 are attached to two opposite longitudinal sides of the drawer 44 and point in the extension direction to the cabinet door 14, not shown here. Between the extracts 46 and the cabinet body 12 spacers 48 are arranged. These spacers 48 allow a width 50 of the drawer 44 with its extensions 46 to be smaller than a width 52 of the door opening. In particular, the trays 46 are designed to allow complete removal of the drawer 44 from the cabinet body 12.
The drawer 44 can be variably adjusted by means not shown here fastening elements in the height 16 in the cabinet body 12. Thus, it is also possible to arrange several drawers 44 in the plant breeding cabinet 10 or to adjust the height of the drawer 44 to the height of growth of the local plants.
On or in the drawer 44 is a fluid-tight sump 56 into which a plant pot 54 is placed. Alternatively, the drawer 44 can also be designed as a collection trough 56. The collecting trough 56 or the drawer 44 is provided with a bottom-side opening 58 with a closure, not shown here. A fluid 60, such as irrigation water, not picked up by a plant in the oil pot 54, collects in the sump 56. To remove this fluid 60 from the sump 56, it can be discharged through the opening 58.

The drawer 62 on the cabinet door 14 is provided for storing, for example, a plant pot 54 or tool. The length and width of the tray 62 is configured so that the tray 62 can pass through the door opening upon pivoting about the hinge 22.
One side of the clamp protection 64 is attached to the inside of the cabinet body 12, the other side of the clamp protection 64 is fixed to the inside of the cabinet door 14. The clamping protection 64 itself is made of an elastic, sheet material, in particular of a fabric.
In an embodiment not shown here, the cabinet door 14 is provided with a disc. The cabinet door 14 is then formed in particular with a frame into which the disk is inserted.
Finally, it should be noted that all features that are mentioned in the application documents and in particular in the dependent claims, in spite of the formal reference back to one or more specific claims, also individually or in any combination independent protection should come.
